INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data indicated on this page are processed as necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner to guarantee the regular functioning of the web services offered, to obtain statistical information on visits and on the use of the services themselves (art.6, par.1 , letter f) of the Regulation) and as necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation) in order to respond to the requests sent to us.
 
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Navigation data    
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), some information regarding the geolocation of the request and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's IT environment (fingerprint).
This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of: obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.); check the correct functioning of the services offered.
The data (log-files, traffic data) could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason kept by the ISP (Internet Service Provider). and from the web host.

 

 

Data communicated by the user 
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on the site involves the acquisition of the sender's contact details (email address) necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications. The treatment in question does not require the acquisition of consent since it is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party in order to respond to the requests received; therefore the provision of data is to be considered necessary for the completion of the request: failure to provide the same would make it impossible to follow up on the request received.
Sending messages does not imply automatic subscription to mailing lists for promotional or commercial purposes.
The data collected in this way is kept for the time strictly necessary to reply to the messages. In the event that a commercial relationship is established, the data will be kept at least for the entire duration of the relationship itself.

Filling out the form in the "Contacts" section for the purpose of requesting information involves the acquisition of the sender's contact details (email address) needed to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications. DATA RECIPIENTS
The navigation data is stored by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and by the web host (subject that hosts the web server on its own physical machines) who keep them according to the times established by law.
The personal data collected following receipt of messages, contacts via the form and via the e-commerce section are also processed by internal personnel authorized by the Data Controller, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and methods of the processing itself. The enabled payment circuits, through the payment gateway that is activated upon order confirmation, receive the data relating to the buyer's credit card.
No profiling is carried out and the data collected is not subject to automated decision-making processes.
The site is developed with the Wix do-it-yourself (DYI) platform, which guarantees personal data protection standards compliant with the GDPR. Web servers can be located in different countries, both within the European Union (e.g. Ireland) and outside the European Union (e.g. United States), and therefore visitors' personal information is also stored in These countries. Data transfers outside the European Union are carried out ensuring an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU). RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES AND RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (articles from 15 to 22. of the Regulation).  
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the Guarantor for the protection of personal data), as foreseen by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
Requests relating to the articles mentioned above must be forwarded to the Data Controller using the contacts indicated at the top of this information document.
